Welcome to Mochi Maze: Kids Puzzle Games (“the App”, “the Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in our mobile application available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children and families.

1. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

• We DO NOT collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, photos, or precise GPS location from children or any users.
• The App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google Play Families Policies.

2. Information Storage & Usage

• Local Progress Data: Game progression, stars, coins, unlocked skins, and sound settings are saved strictly on the local device storage (AsyncStorage). No player game progress is transferred to external custom servers.
• In-App Purchases: In-app transactions are securely handled by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. We do not receive, process, or store financial data or credit card numbers.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

• We use Google AdMob to serve child-safe and family-friendly ads.
• Ads are requested with tagForChildDirectedTreatment=true and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent=true.
• We serve non-personalized, contextual ads suitable for general and family audiences without cross-app tracking.

4. Permissions

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used solely to load family-safe advertisements and process official store purchases.
• No sensitive hardware permissions (Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Precise Location, Gallery) are requested.
