1. Overview & Core Philosophy

MetaEXIF (“we”, “our”, or “the Application”) is an advanced on-device multimedia metadata inspection, EXIF editing, and binary optimization tool designed for photographers, content creators, and privacy-conscious users.

Our core privacy philosophy is simple:

[100% ON-DEVICE PROCESSING — ZERO CLOUD STORAGE]

The Application processes all photos, videos, audio tracks, and documents strictly locally on your Android device. Your media files, EXIF metadata, GPS coordinates, camera serial numbers, and binary byte streams are NEVER uploaded to our servers, stored in any cloud infrastructure, or transferred across external networks.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

MetaEXIF operates without any user account creation or backend database. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your legal name, physical address, email address, or phone number.
• Any image, video, audio, or document content selected for inspection or modification.
• Geolocation coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude) extracted from your media files.
• Biometric information, contact lists, or calendar entries.
• Device files outside the explicit items selected by you through Android Storage Access Framework or system media pickers.
